1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this PTC (Pay-To-Click) platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on our platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any software
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Multiple Accounts

Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of earnings.

5. Earning and Payments

All earnings are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). The platform reserves the right to modify earning rates at any time. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Using automated tools or bots to view ads
• Clicking ads without actually viewing them
• Creating multiple accounts to earn more
• Harassing or abusing other users
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the company or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The materials on our platform are provided as is. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or any conduct that we deem inappropriate.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
